Meet Our Providers

Dr. CR Barnett

Primary Physician

Dr. CR Barnett is a board-certified family physician with a medical degree from Indiana University. He completed his residency at St. Vincent Hospital in 1984 and holds a Bachelor of Science from Milligan College.

With decades of experience, Dr. Barnett is committed to building lasting relationships with his patients. He works diligently to understand each patient’s unique medical history and health goals, then empowers them to make informed decisions.

KC Bellin

Nurse Practitioner

KC Bellin is a Nurse Practitioner and certified care manager. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland, along with a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Florida.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Bellin offers comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with Dr. Barnett and other area medical specialists in their fields to facilitate thorough, seamless treatment.
